Happy New Year! May 2025 be a year of new opportunities, success, and prosperity for you all!
I would like to share how I am formulating my resolution list. It’s short & sweet yet inspires dedication in 3 different lifestyle factors:
One for your body.
One for your mind.
One for your heart…
We are all aware that a New Year resolution means a decision or promise to yourself to do something or to not do something. Therefore, healthy examples for each could look like:
Your body: you may decide to get involved in more physical activity and/or promise yourself not to buy processed junk foods anymore.
Your mind: you may decide to try more meditation and/or promise yourself not to go to bed late anymore so that your mind is sharp & ready in the morning.
Your heart… you may decide to finally take that class or go on that trip you’ve always wanted to… and/or promise yourself not to give into old, outdated patterns with yourself or others that lead to anger, worry, or disappointment, which allows us to keep an open heart.
I have personally applied all these examples in my life, and it has changed my body, mind, and heart for the better. I also continue to improve in these domains so that I may continue to grow.
