Parsley Tea: For a Flat Belly and Strong Immunity.

Let’s get right into how to make the Parsley Tea.


Ingredients:

3-4 cups of water

¼ bundle of fresh organic parsley


Method:

Bring water to a boil in a pot on the stovetop.

Add parsley and reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes.

Strain and serve in a teacup.


Benefits of parsley tea on the gut


Parsley tea is a diuretic, which helps decrease water retention and bloating. Some may see results of a flat belly instantly, while for others it may take a few more cups. Due to its potency, limit yourself to 1 cup per day for a maximum of 3 days.

  • regulate appetite

  • regulate menstrual cycle

  • increase urine production

  • may alleviate mild constipation

Parsley tea is rich in Vitamin C, which helps the immune system function well. Parsley has anti-inflammatory properties which acts as a natural detoxifier, improves blood sugar levels, and maintains healthy blood pressure.


Parsley is also an excellent source of antioxidants, which play a key role in reducing oxidative stress and fighting disease.


With all its impressive health benefits, parsley tea is a soothing drink that can be used for many ailments. However, as previously stated, please stick to 1 cup per day because large amounts of this tea can lead to unhealthy side effects on the kidneys or liver. As with anything good or bad, moderation is key.
