This Valentine's Day, Let's Keep in TOUCH.

Show your love with all of your senses, most of all the sense of touch.

Touch is the first form of communication when we come into this world and it is so important for the basic human need. Touch is known to release the love hormone oxytocin, which can then reduce anxiety, reduce stress, increase relaxation and compassion. This boost in oxytocin also helps boost the immune system and allows the body to function at higher vibratory levels; including the level of love.

Thus, massage is love. Massage therapy is touch therapy. As Michelangelo once said, "To touch is to give life."

I can't argue with that! Therefore, this Valentine's Day, book a couple's massage and display your love and affection through a meaningful moment of touch. On the other hand (pun intended), book a 4-Hand massage for yourself and get lost in the indulgence of touch.

If you've been isolated during the Pandemic, your body is probably yearning to be touched and taken care of. The touch of a massage can be so nourishing and essential for our well-being. Massage therapy services have not been interrupted during the Pandemic because it has been deemed essential. Touch is essential. Let go of fear, put yourself out there and receive!
