However, you want to avoid overdoing it and getting off track to the point where it becomes detrimental to your health.
It’s no secret that sugary items are bad for you, but if you do indulge, I’ve got a hot brew that can really help you bounce back! This apple cider vinegar tea can cleanse and reverse the effects sugar has on the body, especially when combined with these other wholesome ingredients like lemon, ginger, and cayenne pepper.
Witch’s Brew Benefits:
Reduces bloating.

How to Make the Witch’s Brew:
Cleansing apple cider vinegar tea. Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients:
2 cups of water
4 pieces sliced raw ginger
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 lemon juice
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp raw honey or pure maple syrup
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
In a cauldron (or saucepan) combine water, ginger slices, and cinnamon over medium high heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. In a mug, combine the acv, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and honey/maple syrup. Pour the hot water into the mug, stir well & enjoy!
